Basic -- Its yours to do as you wish. If it was mine Jack Sims said it better than I.
Ever time I walked by it if left as is , I could only think what it could look like.
Several members can make your decals and a little paint nothing more. Nothing like redoing a computer on gas pumps and add glass etc.
You stated your collecting with limited funds, well this is the best item you could of bought for max bang for your buck.
Not saying it will make you rich on resale, but something that is easy,cheap, and will look great in your collection if took to the next level.
Just my opinion and you know what they say about them!
Sorry I can't help with brand of company that made it . Maybe better pics would help others with more knowledge.
Any thing on the fill lids on the holding tanks?
