John, like everyone says when guys come on here asking about doing pump restorations, "It's your's, do whatever you want with it and whatever makes you happy". This rings just as true with this situation. After reading your post and before reading Paul's, my first thought was "screw 'em"! So Paul and I are thinking along the same lines, lol!
