My good friend Tom Hilliker, nochevys, told me this was probably a SOCONY pump originally, so the plan was to bring it back. Then Tom passed unexpectedly. So this became “Tom’s Pump” I talked with him on a Monday about it, and passed the next morning.

I got surprised by the globe lenses arriving today. So here it is. It came out well. It’s a older resto, so it was more of a revitalization. A good cleaning, buff, and polish. I found the original pump plate and the holes lined up perfectly. The brass GB logo holes were also there, so that kind of solidified that it was what Tom told me. I’ve been gathering the old maps and literature that featured these old pumps.

It’s been fun. Here ya go Tom......[Linked Image]
