I recently located this sign. It is 13' feet long and about 8' high, made by McMath-Axilrod, Dallas TX. The owner wants me to make him an offer and I have no idea what it is worth. I know the neon glass tubes are missing and there is damage to the letter "U", can't really see the back very good but it looks OK. I am afraid it would cost more to restore than what it would be worth. Any advice? Thanks
