Hello everyone hope you all had a great month of January and I hope this year is off to a great start for everyone’s collections!
For this month we are going to do one of my favorite pumps, the Bowser Square Sentry. These Bowser pumps are early dating back to around 1920-1922. Not very many of these pumps were made making them hard to find. These tall big pump are very interesting and beautiful to look at! This pump of the month will include the two versions of the Square Sentry that was produced, the Bowser 97 and Bowser 99. The Bowser 97 is hand operated and the 99 is air operated with the air attachment. They also made a very rare oils dispensing unit pump that matched these Square Sentry’s that we call an “oil fountain”.
I am including lots of pictures of these pumps from my good friend and also some pictures of these pumps in use and in advertisements! I hope that I can find one of these for my collection someday! Enjoy everyone and let’s see some pumps!
