Gilmore Oil was a Southern California gasoline back in the 1930s - 50s. The red lion was their trade mark & "Roar with Gilmore" was their slogan. I have a reproduction of the disk you have. It is quite popular here in So California. They also had a racetrack named Gilmore Speedway. The speedway & the oil company's headquarters were located where the CBS studio in now located in LA. I am not related to these Gilmores, but it is interesting history.
