A.O.Smth gas pump Model 505

I am brand new to this hobby. I am rewiring this pump.

Question one: The hareness has 6 wires. Two hard wire black and one braided black. Two solid whites and a braided white. How should it be wired to light the two F-24T12CW-110 G.E. tubes in the pump?

Question two: Where is the best place to get replacement tubes for this pump?

Question three: How do I reset the price per gallon numbers?

Question four: How long did A.O.Smith build this pump and for how many years?
