Mileage Gasoline Warner-Quinlan Co. Globe

I recently purchased a Type 3 globe that I can't find out much about. It says Mileage Gasoline for Wise Drivers and shows an owl sitting on a branch, under this it says Warner-Quinlan Co. N.Y. The lens's are 16 1/2". I know that Cities Service purchased them in 1933 but that is all I can find. Any info and possibly a rough value would help ease my mind. Thanks, Scott
