I have no record of A.O. Smith ever having made a Model 505. Before their purchase of the Erie Pump Company, they were mostly in the pump remanufacturing. They would take old pumps, recondition them, put on porcelain faces with their name on them, and put an ID tag on them with their name on it. They reconditions many different pumps. I have seen Tokheim 39s, Eries, and I would assume you have a Wayne 505 that was reconditioned by Smith. To verify this, I would need a picture, or possibly a better description of the pump. If it is a Wayne 505 I have parts list available for sale. Please contact me with your needs.
