The sign you have was used at Conoco stations and bulk plants from the 20s up through the 50s. Value is tough to determine because people rarely bring them to meets or shows because they are so big. The few I have seen for sale were offered in the $150-250 range. Hope that helps. I'm always interested in any extra Conoco stuff you may run across for sale.
