Hi Rex,

The Shell swap meet is a great experience. The swap is growing each year. It has been smaller than the May Evansville Indiana meet you may be familiar with. I'm not certain of the number of vendors, but I'd guess 30.

Past shows have featured displays of private collections of Shell memorabilia for judging.

More than the swaps, the event includes a visit to the outstanding Shell Museum. In fact, it is held on the grounds of the museum in front of the refinery. You also can take a free bus tour of the refinery. Any petro enthusiast should get a big kick out of that.

In '98 the swap date is Sept 26. Hope to see you there.
