Bennet 646B??

I just was given an old Bennet pump. The ID plate says the model number is 646B, but I haven't had much luck finding any reference the this model. It is a Canadian pump, is quite slender, and a little over 6 feet tall, without the globe. Can anyone give me some info on this pump, ie age, etc. Thanks in advance!
