The most recent issue of Petroleum Collectibles Monthly has an ad for porcelain sign restoration by Nick Ciovica, 550B Ave J East, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
worldantiques@csonline.net
He states that he will quote a cost estimate if you mail him a clear close-up photo and a SASE.
