I am an MAI real estate appraiser specializing in eminent domain (taking of private land for public purpose). I am writing an article on the valuation of service stations. I am looking for information on the development of the service station (land and buildings) and how they have changed since their beginnings. Also if there are any service station experts that would like be review the work prior to publication.
