Genuine or fake? 18 by 14 inches double sided flanged heavy steel.white background,BLACKHAWK arched at top,'red color' Full color indian shoulder up shot in headdress in center. OIL/GAS on either side of shoulder. "CHIEF OF THE OCTANE" at bottom Was told it came from a closed restaurant in Oklahoma INFO HELP ANYONE? THANKS- Mitch
