Need info on Lacer-Hallett Visible Pumps

We just found a Lacer-Hallett Visible Pump in Great Condition, everything is intact and in working condition. One problem I cannot find anything on this particular manufacturer. The Pump has an ID tag letting me know is from Los Angeles, CA. I am looking for some history??? Can anyone help!!! Thank you!
