Wanted: Gilbarco 1004 plastic add panels!!!!

I just got a easy fixer but the plastic add panels that bolt inside above the meter are busted up real bad. They have moulded writing of the brand.Similar to those used on the M&S script top. Any leads or info on these items would be greatly appreciated.
