Toilene Oil Sign

I have a toilene oil sign it's round and is 25.5 inches across. It is blue with white lettering,the porcilin is chiped on the edges and two chips on one,(about dime size), side in the face. It also says 100% pure pennsylvania oil, THE PURE OIL CO. Its from 1900-1925. Can anyone give me a idea of the value? Thanks
