Skelly Liquor (?) Dispenser

I've come across what looks like a liquor dispenser in the shape of a visible gas pump. It's red, about 24 inches tall, with a plastic Skelly globe on top. The globe lights up (battery power). Apparently, squeezing the nozzle dispenses whatever liquid you have stored in the pump. A sticker on the bottom of the pump reads "Jolly Good Industries, Boynton Beach, Florida."

Anyone know anything about this?
