Its time to start on the pump I got from Miles Little. What colors would be on a Wayne 70 for Amoco. I have seen black and red and even total allover dark green. It still has all 4 original Amoco add glasses. As you can see the colors now are not correct.
Thanks Greg

Others please chime it, but I'm thinking correct would be dark green like the old logo cans and black on the bottom. My opinion based on looks might be dark green doors and top and black sides and base? but that's just me.
Here is my amoco Tok 39, I had the guy that did it add some stars like the quart and grease cans have, plus the red pinstripes for a little zing, red globe holder and hose outlet... but now I can't call it a restoration, oh well.

Good luck, have fun Greg, the 70 is a cool pump!

Greg here is a Wayne 70 with black base top and sides and red doors. I matched the red to the decal and is very close, too close there is very little difference between the door and the decal, I thought about putting a black circle around the decal. If your interested in the PPG color let me know. Richard

Here is a photo of some Amoco decals that once upon a time were on my Tok39. Its a hard read, but interesting with the green paint combo.
