I've not yet had the opportunity to deal with Brian like that, though I did post some photos for him. But I have received some old RPM cans from some of the other guys on this forum. Other stuff has been mailed to other members, and some stuff has been traded.... Thats what this hobby and this forum is about.

Sure, there are a few people that make money here, but that is what they have chosen for a profession. Thats OK with me. As long as BOTH parties are happy with the deal that was made. Some of our projects could NOT be completed without these people. Just look at the reproduction parts that are now available here. But I digress.

In my opinion, if you get all worked up about something, your just not having fun at it... And if your not having fun with it, is it a hobby anymore?

Thanks Brian, your part of what makes this here....

No need to send any money, just glad to help where I can. This is the kind of hobby that if you treat people how you would want to be treated, you will go far and make many new friends and keep your old ones.

Thanks for the kind words,

Brian

Thunder sent me some 36B parts [NOT TOPS] & only wanted what I THOUGHT was a fair price for them. I knew that he collects CHEVRON, so I sent a couple of greese monkey hats with a check.
THANKS JEFF.

StRod Larry was selling some parts on ebay, they weren't getting any bids. So I emailed & asked what he wanted for the bunch. He sent items before he received payment.
THANKS LARRY.

THANKS TOM BUCKLES, DON SHERWOOD, TERRY HUBERT, LARRY IVY, JACK SIM & MANY MANY OTHERS.

I think Bob said it all, I for one have met some of nicest people I know on this site. I got to meet Bob,Brad, and Jim at Peotone last fall and a few more by email and the friendships that I have made is worth more than anything I will ever get out of this hobby. Pumps cans and oil bottles can be bought but a friend is pricless. Thank you all.

We have some generous people on this site, willing to help with their time, knowledge and even material things. I'm proud of the good things and new friendships that have come from this Web site. The community network grows stronger when members work together.

Way to go, Brian and same to Ward for the public thank you.
