WELL JUDGING FROM THE PICTURE, I'D SAY THAT'S A 1920'S PUMP HAVING A 2ND LIFE OUT ON THE FARM IN THE 1950'S WHICH IS WHEN THAT MODEL BETTY PAIGE WAS POPULAR.

A surprising amount of pumps did make it to farms with globes on them, but things usually happened to them. I've heard of more than a few farm auction visibles still having globes, though.

Oh, you guys just don't know what it was like back in the 1950s. Betty Paige was it. She probably displayed more female skin than any other woman out there.
I have seen this picture on Ebay many times before, and thought about getting one just because Betty was pictured.
She had to be one of the greatest pin-ups of the 1950s.
Punch her name up in Gooogle and see what you get.
Sadly, she gave up posing for pictures around 1960 and disappeared. A reporter finally found her living in a trailer park sone where in California. I believe she has since died. A great American Icon, forget about the gas pump, now forgotton.
