Just picked up this curb sign and another base. I dont know much about this stuff. The sign stands about 63 inches tall and is 30" in diameter. I looked in the book that i have and i only see the 24" sign and it is say "Ask For" where as this one doesnt. The extra base looks the same but is a smaller size, maybe from a 24 in sign. Just wondering as to the the age and value of the sign. Also what do the bases sell for? I would like to sell the extra base seeing that i dont need it for anything. IP: Logged |

There is one just like that here in Topeka Kansas and they are asking 350.00 for it in there antique store.

AARON THIS BASE HAS G P ON IT = GENERAL PETROLEUM CORP. FROM THE WEST COAST.I PAID $650 FOR IT 6 YEARS AGO IT JUST SOLD IN MY AUCTION FOR $350.......AS YOU CAN SEE ITS IN GOOD CONDITION .YOU CAN MAKE MONEY ON STUFF AT AUCTIONS ESPECIALLY IF THERE COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING.
