Hello Chaps

Just joined the forum today. I have just bought my first Petrol (sorry Gas) Pump and I'm after some help & assistance.

First of all is there anyone from the UK who can help with parts suppliers. I have a Avery Hardoll which I understand is a UK pump. I need the correct nozzle for it and want to renew the hose a least.

Secondly has ayone pictures of the pump that I can compare with mine so I can see if it is complete.

Thanks ... I 'm really looking forarwd to my new venture. I have jukes and a couple of Soda Machines so Gas was the next step.

Dave

Hi Dave,
Welcome to Oldgas.com Shop Talk. There are a couple of Avery Hardoll clockface gas pumps in our Gas Pump Image Album. Take a look.
Take a photo of your pump, send it to me by email and I'll post it here.
Check with other UK collectors who are listed in our Collectors Roster. Click on "Collectors" at the very top of this page, then click on International on the Roster main page.

More pics...

Thanks for sharing the pics, Dave. We don't get to see these pumps very often.

To get instructions and an upload form for posting images in your Shop Talk messages, click on "Help" on the very top or the bottom left of most Shop Talk pages. Once you do the first one, you'll find it is not all that difficult, but you do have to follow the instructions carefully.

Hello Dave,
quite a while back a there was a guy from Finland who asked about Avery Hardoll parts. I remembered, and this answer came up when I did a search on avery hardoll here on Oldgas.
regards, Claes

"Hi, These are a nice straightforward pump to do. I'm in Ireland and I've sold some of these to a friend of mine in the UK who sells pumps, globes and other oil/petroleum company related items. I know he has parts for these and he's a real good guy to deal with. His name is Paul Budgen and he can be contacted on 0044 1704 840954. If he hasn't got what you want, he'll know a guy that has what you need. Maybe you will post pics. whaen you have it done. Best of luck with your restoration."
