Wow... Amazing what a little creativity with the paint can do for a pump. Check out the Dayton 600 in Oct FATW, and it looks interesting, but blase and plain being just red. Painting those flutes made a world of difference - the thing is beautiful. Wes IP: Logged |

Milt: Boy oh boy, do I like that! It's funny you should post that particular pump - I was just looking at one of those this week. The guy wants $1,500 for it. Beautiful pump! That's the scheme I'm going to be doing one of my G&B's in(If it ever warms up again around here. Stuck in primer right now). I know it's not "original", but I'm definitely in the "it's my pump,I'll do what I want with it camp"! Thanks for the inspiration! IP: Logged |
