Hi again everyone. This article was done a year ago this last week. I had lots of comments on it and gotten lotsa neet stuff from people too. If it's hard to read after clicking the thumbnail, click on the pic and it should enlarge and be clear.
KLB.

Very good job Ken. I agree with Doc, you do not see very many pumps resotred with that company. Nice collection, we like pictures do you have any more.

Nice collection Ken. Sounds like you have better luck then me. In 1996, our local paper did an article on me and a Nashville PBS station saw it. They came and filmed me for a short show. 15 minutes of glory! LOL

I was buying unrestored pumps from a guy in Nashville that had a body shop and pump restoration business. After the TV show aired and I went to visit him, he asked how was my pump business? His pump sales had TRIPLED since the show aired.

Know how many sales I made? How many inquiries I got? Phone calls? 0 zilch nadda If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have none at all. LOL That's all water under the bridge now. Once again, nice job on the pump.

Thanks very much for the nice comments guys. I still get the odd phone call yet from that article. I still get people recognize me from it. The first day it came out, I was on the phone at work pretty much all day.
I got a few really cool items as a result of the articles, met some very interesting people too. One older gentleman especially, who used to have a B/A station in town here in the '40's and '50's. He gave me quite a history lesson of himself through those years which was extremly interesting and in the end he GAVE me a few of the items he still had kicking arount for the last 50+ years, just incredible.
Doc, my wife likes Coke products, and so do I, we have a few signs, a clock and three machines, I'll get some pics together soon.
Phil, I got lotsa pics. I'll be posting more probably even today. If you missed them last week, scroll down to my previous posts and view my pumps.
Thanks again guys.
