Has anyone restored a Eco 33 air meter lower hose reel assembly? I'm looking for an assembly or disassembly manual for the lower drum reel,its all complete just need to get it apart,I have a parts price list from Ron Scobie but it's not what i'm looking for ,anybody have any more information on this air meter???

I also have a piece of literature that covers - Instructions for Replacing Hose on all Reel Type Tireflators.
It was put out by Service Station Equipment in 1935 and covers the vertical drum air meters. It may apply to the horizontal one too. Not sure.
