Hi, just picked this up at a swap meet. I thought it was pretty neat. I have know idea what it's worth, however I've never seen one like it. I've seen older ones when I was a kid with springs towards the top and remember them. Just wondering if anyone knows the history or value of something like this. I appreciate the info! Thanks Andy
