I would like to know your opinion on this Phillips 66 Ethyl shield. It has had some touch up painting done to one side and the other is left un-retouched. Authenticity?

it measures 29 1/4"

these seem too come in different sizes, maybe different sign companys?
mine measures a even 29", besides that they look alike .. ...
