I’d say it’s real. I looked on worthpoint to find a value for you. It seems in that condition it could be worth as low as 525 or as high as 1000. Some can even go as high as 2k+ depending on condition. I know that’s a broad range but it seems that particular sign is all over the place when it comes to pinning down a value for it.
Here is a snapshot of the worthpoint values of the 4 most recently sold ones.
I have one as well...your looks good to me. A couple extra holes that hurt the value some but it's original. These have gone up in value the past year or two. I'd say even with the extra holes you could get $1000-1200 for it without too much effort. Mint ones are around $2k if not a bit more.

I would agree with Brianh & Sinage and say real deal on that sign, there are also Authentic painted tin ford signs very similar to your porcelain sign.
Glad this sign popped up. FORD signs scare the hell out of me ... Way too many re-pops.
Great info indeed. Documenting it so I will be able to get to it once I stumble upon a sign like this ... Wishful thinking, eh? LOL
My Q's :
1- Does this sign fall into the "COBALT BLUE" category?
2- Cobalt Blue considered early porcelain sign making?
Here is mine for comparison...

I looked at mine I would agree ok.
