I am looking for a picture of a Safety Steel Visible Gas pump ID tag.

Safety Steel was a small mom and pop shop in the LA area in the 1930's that built visible gas pumps.

I have added an attachment of the pump door where the ID tag was attached.

Thanks for checking!!!

I conducted a search of oldgas.com archives as I am sure you did and discovered several photos of the pump door, but it was from a different model because it had Safety Steel Company cast in raised letters across the center of the pump door. Safety Steel may be as difficult to research as the Joy Mfg. Co. curbside pumps.

I identified three pumps made by S-S in my Gas Pump Bible identification book, that came out recently. Two are very similar visible pumps and the other is a twin clock face pump. My information said they were all available in 1930.
