I’m restoring a 1927 Tokheim 620-B visible gas pump. I would like to know what some holes in the skins were for. They are 8” down from the top of the skin and 3” in from the edge. There are two in a vertical pattern 7.5” apart. They are on each skin so there were 4 of these patterns total. It would appear it was for some vertical signage. Any ideas? Thanks

I already have these Lead signs on the door and on the opposite side. I didn’t think they would put signage over the seams of the skins. If it had to be taken apart, you would have to take signage off to that the skins off. In the last picture it shoes where the holes are in relation to the edges of the skins. Thanks for your input.
