anyone have any history, info, items?
All i can really find is that it was a local oil company in Hancock, Michigan that started near the turn of the century.. I have a small cup grease can and a 55 gallon drum similar to old standard drums but with HS goodell stamped in it. They had a bulk plant and a gas station in hancock/ripley michigan. any info would be great.

I've seen a globe that was a HS Goodell Red Hat meaning they were an IOMA-Independent Oil Men of America- member in the mid to late 1920s too.

HS Goodell ~~ Horatio Stuart Goodell was my Great Grandfather. I have a lot of information on him and the Goodell Oil as I grew up with my father running it and his father and my great grandfather started it WONDERFUL STORY.
