I have a oil dispenser that is 25"x22"x30" for the tank It has old star with T in the center with no words Best I can tell this is the 1909 texaco logo The hand crank pump is by opaco plate # A12 serial #3285 Trying to find out more on this item I am wanting to restore it to new condition So need little help with paint scheme and if it had any kind of decals also I appreciate any help given and will post pics if I can resize them on phone

Welcome to Oldgas.

While most people don't get too excited about these Oil Dispensers, I kinda think that they are an un appreciated collectable. Though I'm not a Texaco guy, I would think that it would be a simple paint job, probably just red with a product decal. However... I, as well as a few other members, have been guilty of extreme colors & graphics, on these oil dispensers...

I would go with the old texaco green as the main body. And then everything else in the red.

Thanks for input guys Does anyone know if I'm guessing correct on date or what original paint scheme was.

Texaco never made pumps or oil dispensers,they refined oil. Your unit was made by OPECO. Probably made in the 1930s-1940s.
