Rocker Can Srew on cap - Primarily Petroliana Shop Talk

Looking for a cap for this rocker can (my first) rocker.Would like one with some character not a new one . Probably a stab in the dark but it would look better with one on it.Thanks

I have some new 5 gal 1950s-60s oil can caps. If they are the same thread/size, you can have one. Have you tried a 5 gal cap? Send me a diameter measurement by PM message.
