Randy, when I bought this one quite a few years back I thought that the style I bought was only for the narrow body 60's. I learned from other threads hereon Old Gas over the years since
that they made them for both the wide and narrow bodied 60's.
I took the one I have over to a friend that has a wide bode and it sits on the top like it should - it doesn't rock back and forth like it does on my narrow body.

Still looking
