I haven't had a chance to see the lower part yet because I am going tomorrow to check it out. What do you all think is a good price on this sign?

a sign in that condition, YOU have to value, whats it worth to you?
Poor condition signs have very different values to every collector, case in point someone may think its worth 300-600. I on the other hand would have a hard time taking 75 bucks out of my pocket. So i suggest you pay or offer what YOU feel comfortable with.

I was struck by how well put your advice was, minuteman. Simple, direct, and very practical. Your thoughts should help anyone in sean1234's situation take action. John
