This is sheet metal and measures 30" tall, 14" wide and 10 1/2" deep. Bell rings about every gallon when turning the crank. It is missing the hose and nozzle IF there was any to begin with. Wolverine is the manufacture. Was it a dealer display or a toy? I guessing about $40 or $50!

Very cool piece. Its definitely worth more than that.

They turn up , a lot show wear from being played with. Yours is pretty clean. Someone could replicate a hose set up. Here is one when new:
