With all due respect to Randy, It's a very slippery slope when you start looking/comparing to auction results. #1, I have never been able to get in auction or selling what these auction houses get. #2, Condition comparison is critical. The one posted here is not perfect and the one in Richmond's "appears" to be excellent. Each one of those chips takes away. Just my thoughts. Just food for thought. Good luck.

Richmond auction pricing surely isn’t a realistic value guide for sellers. It might have sold for a stupid number but he never paid that number to buy it or it would be a waste of time and effort.
