Since its only 15 miles from the house Im there, besides, it's where I bought my first pump last year, I have to go again lol
I am coming for my second year.
I have the day off. Hopefully some good large signs and rare pumps. I'll be there!
As good as the attendance at Turlock was, Escalon should be pretty good for the petro enthusiast. Lots of buyers and vendors.
Does anybody in the LA area know if GPR still has his black cat garage meet OR if Roy Reed is having his bash this year ?
Larry
Seeking Wayne 70 parts if anybody has a parts pump.
Email me to make arrangemets.
I need 4 glass light bulb covers, 1 porcilean socket and the base for the socket to go onto. Also would like sight glass,
The bulb covers an come from just about any pump....
Rick
What's the better day to come, Friday or Saturday? I'm taking Friday off and plan to be there right at 9am, but just want to know.
Friday is the best day for buying IMO. I will be there Friday and Saturday selling, unless it decides to RAIN. This show is outdoors in a field.

I believe Roy Reed's bash is in April.
Come on Dennis a little rain won't melt you SoCal guys. We don't have mud hills coming down at us. LOL Bring a pop-up and I will have an extra umbrella. LOL Ted
Ted,
Where Dennis & I live there ain't a problem w/ mud or slides. In fact I don't know of a collector in SoCal that does have that problem.
If it wasn't for rain runoff, Lodi'ians wouldn't know which way is DOWN HILL!
Hey wait Dick I live 10 miles out towards the Sierra's and at an elevation of a whole 90 feet. WOW It snows here sometimes and my 10 acres has a 1 foot drop. I know about those Flat Landers. LOL I just drive up to my cabin to get my mountain fix. We have been lucky as no fires near us but if there is then there will be mud. My collection up there will get dirty. LOL Ted
need to ask does the show go on rain or shine--
Ted, I'm 15 miles from the ocean & 200' elev. With the melting of the Polar Ice, you'll be under water before me ! LOL
need to ask does the show go on rain or shine--
The weather forcast is for clear skies and breezy. Should be great weather for the show.
In cases of rain, bring your own SOAP. Trucks will need to be washed after getting off field.
I have PT Friday evening, so can't go again this year.
I am loaded and ready, leaving tonight, I am bringing some good pumps, this is a nice freindly show and good stuff usually shows up, see you guys in the morning...Frank
As for the rain latest says maybe rain Friday p.m. clear out by Sat. morning. No heat wave but beats the hell out of the rest of the country. As far as rain bring a pop up and a warm coat.Ted

Bright Valvoline sign with only 1 scratch. 2 nicks in the Gulf sign
Looked to be N.O.S.

It's funny looking at the photos you see stuff that you missed walking around for the good part of two days!
Maybe they got bought out of that Ford PU before they were ever set out. LOL Nice to see you again. Ted
Anyone know the date for 2011?
Mike Anderson
I would like to know. I have, surprisingly, never been to this show, and I keep hearing it is a good one. As good as Fred's and Roy's? That will be a high standard to meet
I found Escalon and Fred's to be good.
I once saw a bumper sticker that read "A bad day at the swap meet is better than a good day at work". I would apply this great proverb to any swap meet.
I have it down for Friday March 11 & Sat March 12. It is a great show!
