They are a set of three the tiger sign is missing. All that I have seen are heavy cardboard with a "foil like" covering.

I've never seen the tiger. What kind of promo where they used in
ps They are thin tin not foil

Late 50's DP had a circus theme to their ads.
Still believe you will find they are foil covered paper

they're pretty cool but that clown looks homicidal to me eek

Thanks for the pic
My interpretation of foil is a lot thinner than these signs
what are they worth

ah another comment from the peanut gallery!
I guess you need help figuring out why I raised my price on the Dominion!

You should have tried your oilzum thermometer to trade for the dominion instead off offering junk and then asking 1400.00 for your thermometer!

If it's any consolation they are in very nice shape.

lol well it does go to show "emotions "definitely play a big role when buying collectibles

yes emotions should play a part in buying , if you like it, buy it,....a little knowledge helps too......have you fiqured out if they are embossed tin or foil covered carboard??....that may be the difference in price..
Posted By: Nostalgiaguy Re: Dr Pepper signs - Mon Dec 30 2013 01:32 PM
these are at my shop 200 miles away.
but I know they are not cardboard.
This pics of the 3 pieces look identical on the back
I just paid to much.
another learning curve lol

wow, I think we have determined what they are made of.... cardboards that are FOIL COVERED.....there is an old saying, you did not pay to much, you just bought them to soon..lol
