Here is an NOS, old, original, 12" X 22" D/S Cities Service flange. It is painted metal. I bought 2 of them 25 years ago and am selling one. I left small piece of the original paper on the sign, but it will come off easily. I had it displayed in my basement. Paint and gloss is near perfect.
