Nice pump. Your price is real good. I’d like to point out that this pump has the rare nozzle hanger which was an option when this pump was manufactured. I’ve never found out if the nozzle hangers were made by Fry or another company, but a great rare option. I have one with the hanger as well. NICE PUMP.

I believe that this is a model 77, these were farm pumps with a single gallon finger set to 10 gallons, I have the same pump with nozzle holder
I’ve have one of these pumps with the nozzle holder as well. I have only ran on to a couple that have the holder. Mine also didn’t have the full set of gallon fingers inside and without looking I can’t remember for sure but I believe it only had one that is in the ten gallon position. I’ve never had anyone tell me that these were farm pumps but that makes sense. I am planning on restoring it and I was wondering if I should try to find a set of selectors somewhere to make it correct but maybe that is the way it was made for farm use.
Mine was installed on farm in 1927, put in shed in mid 90's, until I purchased in 2021 from original owners son, this pump had original Texaco lettering on the front door, had never been modified, restored in 2022 back to original texaco
Thanks. Do you know how I can tell for sure what model it is? I just went by what others said as it being a 117. I don't have a background in this personally. Thanks again.
I guess you'd need to research the different fry models to narrow it down - single finger, nozzle holder, the bird nest on top, try the search engine on this site, good luck
Going to Hershey by chance?
No. I'm in Oklahoma. Is there an event in Hershey?
I agree with the identification as Fry 77. I had a Fry 77 (original ID tag in place) and it was set up with one gallon stop at the 10 gallon position with no evidence that there were ever any other gallon stops. My pump had the nozzle holder attachment on the back and I could never figure out how it worked.

Your ID tag has been removed.
Wasatch man your pump has a 5 gallon finger the others have 10 gallon fingers just shows anything possible
Would like to sell both pumps for $3500.
WILL TAKE $2000 FOR THE FRY OR $3000 FOR BOTH THE FRY AND THE G&B 176.
