Not being nit-picky Handy, but that Gulf logo didn't come out until the 60's. I would date the shirt to late 60's or even the 70's. Still neat to collect the company clothing, I have some in my collection from Mobil and Sinclair.

...the logo was introduced in late 1963 - but you're right: that shirt is from the late 60s - early 70s...
