I have had this six page Leonard brochure for at least 20 years.
But I had it out showing another collector when I realized I had a picture of the station.
I have had a picture of the the station almost as long.
I didn't connect the two because the picture is from around the Grand Opening in 1936.
The station opened selling Phillips 66 & started selling Leonard in 1940.

This is how the location in Jackson, Mi looks today.
The station was also Nash dealer

That is awesome Dave! Thanks for sharing. It is fun to research old properties/ buildings from the past and see how what they are like today.
