I started things off with a “yard art” Wayne 70 to stick out in front of the barn. I caught the bug. I’ve been looking for a straight and solid pump for possible restoration and picked up this Bennett 541 today. Repopped globe, but original ad glass I’m told. Now that I have it, I’m considering just cleaning it up, replacing a few missing parts, and leaving it as is. What would the original Sinclair door signage look like? There are no holes in the doors, other than the lead signs, that would indicate it had a screw on sign at any point, although I’m not opposed to adding one. I’m not necessarily trying to keep it completely authentic.

Yes. I thought it looked like a round decal. I’ll have to measure it. Being new to this, I see a lot of different round decals on pump restorations, but I don’t know what’s authentic and what’s fantasy
