Do you know anything about these rectangle signs? Do they go above the " Approved Inn or service station" sign for example.

What exactly is a 10 inch by 6 inch sign like that supposed to go on? In all my travels over the years they have all been bigger hanging versions I have seen.

If you look above your head and see the big one hanging, you think you need a small one????????

So i am a little late on the rebuttal but what I meant was that the property sign, say Flintstone Estates, would have the smaller AAA sign attached. You just to let people know they are an AAA affiliate.🤔

IMO, the little one is "suspect" to me. I have found a lot of Triple AAA signs in my junking, but never that small. Those signs were supposed to be seen from the Highway.

I have found only one AAA sign on an old closed garage in Iowa in my years of collecting. All others that I have were found in antique stores and two here on "oldgas" that I was able to trade for.The one in Iowa was in the down town area off the main hwy.
