Was wondering what the value on this sign and sign frame might be. Sign is in good shape, typical spots no dents. Also have an extra sign frame. also I picked up this Milwaukee 15 everything is complete not sure what it may be worth either.

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

I'd put the Milwaukee in the $450 range. They're neat but tough to sell.

I think $450 is a bit high? Its very old, but its a cabinet type lubester and they don't have a lot of eye appeal. Pretty tough to sell.

Thanks guys, yea a buddy of mine checked jacks book just last week, he said the book says $850. I'm assuming at current pump prices that may be a bit low. So I'm kinda wondering why , in your opinions $ 450 is high ?

I think Kevin's point is the same as mine...they're a tough sell. People aren't looking for them and they're just not too appealing. I've had half a dozen or so over the last twenty years and every one has been tough to sell. The $450 price I put is definitely on the high end, but I think attainable if you're willing to sit on it a while.

Gassed up,

A book never sold anything, and values found in them are only a price (either high or low) decided upon at time of printing. The standard market of pump collectors find it not desirable aestetically regardless if it might be scarce.

keep in mind... one man was responsible for all of the values in Jack's latest book... and that was Dick Bennett. so what you see in that book, was simply his opinion at the time.
