Did this has a cover on the lower part at one time? Cant find a picture on the net for some reason of one like this. Thanks for any help. Scott

Thank for the help. Mine does have a three shelf on the bottom but there is no cover over it. The one from Ebay does not. any other pictures of one out there? Thanks

I purchased a NOS rack in the box just like yours did not come with a cover.i also have a Trico book on display items and no cover in the pics.
