How can people continue to get away with perpetuating this fraud?! I am very glad I came to this forum as opposed to "trusting" these ebay sellers to be honest

That particular sign was never made in anything but a 60" single sided version. It has the early indian head which is pre 1927 and the only 30" sign offered was after that time period and has the newer style head with the larger head dress. The 30" is a very hard sign to find.

although sometimes referred to as the pre 27 head . That head was used long after 1927 .

I have a red 5 gallon can dated 1936 with the same old graphic but as far as I am aware, the porcelain signs made after 1927 were issued as a directive to Villas Enamel to utilize only the newer artwork? Perhaps you are referring to tin signs or large oil pails that still used the older style head?
